Stand for Equality—No on ACA 7 Capitol Tour
TO: All California Political Candidates & Voters
FROM: Equal Rights for All PAC (ERFA PAC)
RE: Join the May 11 Sacramento Capitol Tour to Defend Prop 209
California is at a crossroads. The fundamental principle of equal treatment for every citizen, regardless of race, is under direct threat from Assembly Constitutional Amendment 7 (ACA 7).
As a candidate seeking to represent the people of California, your stance on civil rights defines your leadership. We are calling on all candidates—regardless of party affiliation—to join us in Sacramento on May 11 for the No on ACA 7 Capitol Tour.
Why You Must Stand With Us
ACA 7 is a dangerous attempt to bypass Proposition 209 and reintroduce state-sponsored racial discrimination into our K-12 schools, public university financial aid, and state-funded programs. By removing “public education” from our state’s constitutional protections against discrimination, ACA 7 would:
- Legalize Racial Preferences: Allow the government to pick winners and losers based on skin color rather than merit.
- Divide Our Communities: Replace individual dignity with group-based identity politics.
- Undo the Will of the Voters: Californians have twice voted (1996 and 2020) to uphold the principle that the state shall not discriminate against, or grant preferential treatment to, any individual or group.

The Challenge to Candidates
Voters are watching. They want leaders who believe that the way to stop discrimination on the basis of race is to stop discriminating on the basis of race. ERFA PAC invites you to walk the halls of the Capitol with us, meet with legislators, and publicly pledge your opposition to ACA 7. Use this platform to show your constituents that you will fight for a colorblind California where every child has an equal opportunity to succeed.
Confirm your participation today. Stand on the right side of history. Stand for equal rights for all.
