They just can’t stop! The California Legislature is again trying to gut Proposition 209! We beat them back when they tried this two years ago. But they are at it again with a new bill. Please help us defeat the new ACA7.
The new ACA 7 will authorize discrimination in K-12, and in higher education (except as to admissions). Its aim is especially to authorize race discrimination in admissions to gifted and talented programs and college financial aid.
