ACA-7 (2023) is another cynical attempt to divide Californians by race. It must be defeated as soon as possible. But if we have to fight it with ballots, we will win the fight again as how We The People won the “No On Prop-16” campaign in 2020.
ACA-7 has already passed the Assembly floor voting in September 2023 (Y: 62 N: 18 NV: 0 Abs: 0). And the next stop for #ACA7 is Senate Rules Committee. We must coalesce around the timeless principle of equality and say no to ACA-7!
